In this episode of I Know I’m Crazy with Naja Hall, I chat with Addiction Treatment Specialist, Chris Wilkins. I was instantly drawn to his work because many of us are consumed by conflict and he is the perfect person to teach us about letting go of the bad habit of absorbing conflict. Yup, you’re addicted to drama!
Who better than an addiction expert to help us kick anxiety’s ass?! I think many of us are addicted to feeling anxious because it’s all we’ve known for so long. Chris provides insight that helps us to get PEACE. During our chat, Chris teaches some of the tactics he uses with his own patients… at one point, I had to shout in agreement! Can I get an Amen!!
As mentioned during the pod, here are some the worksheets Chris promised us!
