Antoinette shares anecdotes about how to support a Spouse that share’s kids with a high-conflict ex. She also tells us about the time her Husband’s ex tried to violently attack her and why she opted not to work on a relationship with her Bonus kid’s mom.
While we’d all like to have stories with fairy tale endings, sometimes that is impossible. The family unit is a system and in order for all to be functional, the system by be cohesive and aligned. In cases where a member is high conflict, it is best to disengage and allow their journey to proceed parallel to yours.
