I felt very challenged during the 10 day intensive! To be honest, there were a few times I had to put it down and walk away! I had to really sit back and take a long look at my issues and own up to my responsibility in my family’s issues.

The videos were my favorite part of Girl, Bye! I felt like I was talking to a girlfriend who knows exactly how I feel. The workbook provided an outline and a study guide for me.
