MEDIATION

Mediation is not an adversarial process, it focuses on working together. I am trained and experienced in dispute resolution. As a mediator, I will act as a neutral facilitator to help your family explore the problems and find new options to resolve dispute. My goal is to keep you out of expensive and possibly destructive court litigation.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS

The road from being a family in turmoil to becoming truly “Blended” typically takes the average family 5 to 7 years. When a family cannot agree to mediation, that does not mean that the individual members should be left without resolutions. During my online and in-person Coaching Sessions, I will equip you with coping mechanisms and best practices that will help you make major personal progress.

DO YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY?

Sometimes, court is unavoidable and hiring an attorney is necessary. Family Law is a practice area concerned with legal issues involving family relationships, such as adoption, divorce, and child custody. Attorneys practicing family law typically handle divorce, child custody, child support, and other related legal matters. Attorney Merissa Grayson is the legal contributor for Blended & Black.
